About the Role:
We’re looking for a Corporate Account Executive (CAE) to help grow Camunda’s footprint across Israel and Eastern Europe, with a focus on the Technology and BFSI sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative sales team at a pivotal moment in our growth. You’ll work with forward-thinking companies that are modernizing how they orchestrate business processes, often mission-critical and complex, and you’ll help them see the value in Camunda’s open, developer-friendly platform. What you'll be doing:
Drive net new ARR and expand existing accounts across Israel and Eastern Europe, focusing on enterprise customers in Tech and BFSI sectors.
Lead complex sales cycles—discovery, evaluation, solution positioning, and negotiation, partnering closely with solutions engineers, legal, product, and executive stakeholders.
Identify, engage, and influence key technical and business stakeholders, including VP- and C-level decision-makers.
Proactively generate pipeline through outbound campaigns, account-based strategies, and collaboration with ADRs and partner ecosystems.
Build and execute strategic account plans to support long-term customer value and sustainable growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Solutions to translate customer use cases into real business outcomes.
What you bring:
Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
3+ years of enterprise software sales experience in Israel or Eastern Europe, consistently exceeding quota in accounts with 1,000+ employees.
Deep experience selling complex IT solutions to both technical and business decision-makers.
Strong knowledge of the BFSI and/or Technology industries and their digital transformation challenges.
Proven success in generating new pipeline via outbound efforts and creative prospecting.
Native-level Hebrew and fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Based in Israel and well-connected in the Israeli enterprise tech ecosystem.
Nice to Haves:
Familiarity with process automation, developer tools, or open-source platforms.
Experience working with partners, GSIs, or channel ecosystems in your territory.
Comfortable using Camunda’s product or willing to learn to use it for customer

We offer fair, transparent, and competitive compensation. For new hires, we typically place candidates in the first half of the range, allowing room for growth over time.
Annual Total Cash (base salary + 100% variable, where applicable):
United States: $184,600.00 to $276,900.00
Germany: €122,800.00 to €184,100.00
United Kingdom: £119,600.00 to £179,400.00
Singapore: S$229,300.00 to S$343,900.00
