Pactum is seeking a results‑oriented Enterprise Deployment Lead in the United States to own end‑to‑end deployments of our agentic AI platform for Fortune 500 customers. You guide our customers applying Pactum’s best‑practice playbooks, drive relentless progress toward go‑live, and be overall responsible for our customers getting set up and ready to use Pactum. Partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations and Account Management teams, you will lead and orchestrate product implementations, tech stack integrations, change management, and hands-on training to bring the new deployment to a steady, value-generating state.
What you’ll be doing
Consultative discovery & solution design: Lead implementation workshops, understand customer business goals and requirements, and guide customers to apply best practices as the SME on Pactum products.
Project management: Build and execute detailed project plans (kick‑off through hyper‑care), controlling scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholder communication.
Apply Pactum best practices: Use standardized templates and workflows to ensure consistency and quality across all engagements.
Own Time‑to‑Value: With high sense of urgency minimize implementation time, track and report TTV metrics, and implement course‑corrections that shorten the path to first autonomous savings.
Technical enablement: Coordinate integration with email, SSO, Pactum API, and customer P2P/ERP systems; liaise with client IT & Security for necessary prerequisites.
Training: Deliver training for buyers and administrators to drive adoption and accelerate time to value.
Hyper‑care & handover: Monitor early‑stage KPIs, resolve issues, and execute a structured transition to the Account Manager once implementation is complete.
Continuous improvement: Capture lessons learned, contribute to improvement of best practices documentation, and feed product insights back to Engineering and Product teams.
What we think it takes to succeed
Min. 3-10+ years leading enterprise technology implementations (>$500 k ARR) or complex consulting projects.
Procurement domain knowledge: Familiar with procurement terms and concepts, sourcing workflows, and supplier negotiations; experience with Coupa, SAP Ariba, or similar a plus.
Critical thinking and analytical: Ability to and interest in deeply understanding Pactum’s technology and products to be a trusted advisor for the clients.
Strong communication skills: Able to communicate effectively to various stakeholders, from executives to client project team members while guiding day‑to‑day practitioner teams.
Project management skills or certification with strong skills in managing schedules, risk and stakeholder engagement.
Data fluency: Comfortable with data analysis (Looker), interpreting dashboards, and turning insights into persuasive narratives.
Change‑management and training expertise.
Tech-savvy collaborator: Able to work hand-in-hand with Product, Engineering, Operations and Account Management teams; proficiency with Salesforce, Looker and Jira, and eager to learn new tools.
Compensation depends on experience, skills and proven impact and ranges from $100,000 to $130,000. Candidates at the upper end of the range will qualify for a Senior title.
