Pactum's Price Lists system is an agentic AI platform that tackles the complex world of direct procurement, autonomously creating value from vast amounts of unmanaged spend. It ingests massive datasets - from customer material records to third-party commodity indices - to systematically find and execute negotiations, unlocking savings that were previously unreachable.
As the Solutions Lead in our Direct Procurement team, you will take on a highly visible, customer-facing role, acting as the critical link between this powerful technology and our world-class clients. This is a hands-on strategic position where you will dive deep into our AI agents' performance, uncover hidden patterns, and craft winning negotiation strategies directly with our customers. You will collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams, translating your real-world insights into improvements that make our AI smarter and ensure your contributions have a massive impact for years to come.

- Solve Problems No One Has Solved Before. The challenges are new and the data is rich. You will be defining best practices and creating analytical frameworks for an entirely new category of software.

You are likely to succeed and enjoy working at Pactum if you…
- Have 3–5 years in an analytical role (e.g. data analyst, solutions architect, solutions lead).
- Turn complex data into actionable insights, are proficient in Excel, and experience with SQL/Python a strong plus.
- Develop frameworks to investigate complex problems and uncover the “why” behind the numbers.
- Are a versatile self-starter with strong ownership, skilled in project management and cross-team communication from engineering to customer leadership.
- Bring customer-facing experience as a trusted advisor - training users, presenting findings, and solving problems, are open to occasional travel.
