Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Enterprise Account Executive. The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for driving software sales, generating leads, managing accounts, and executing consultative selling strategies. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to support their success.
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of enterprise software sales experience (SaaS preferred), with a track record of exceeding quota
- Comfortable selling to both technical buyers (DevOps, Engineering, IT Ops) and business execs, including the line-of-business.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Account Management
- Expertise in Consultative Selling techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely, self-starter mentality and hunter mindset
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger and proficiency with CRM tools
- Adaptability in high-growth, collaborative, fast-paced environments
- Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Nice to have
• Previous experience selling to DevOps, Kubernetes, or cloud-native infrastructure buyers
• Background in early-stage or rapidly scaling startups (land-and-expand models)
• Technical fluency or ability to lead PoVs with engineering teams
Compensation
