Lead - Growth Marketing (Yubi Group, MENA Region)

Experience: 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in growth marketing, digital marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Growth Marketing Lead to spearhead our customer acquisition and retention efforts in the MENA region. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative growth strategies, leveraging various digital channels, performance marketing techniques, and paid advertising platforms to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for Yubi's products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies aligned with Yubi's business objectives and target markets in the MENA region. Identify and capitalise on opportunities for user acquisition, retention, and monetization across multiple channels.
User Acquisition and Performance Marketing: Design and execute effective user acquisition campaigns across various digital platforms, with a strong focus on performance marketing and paid advertising channels (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads, display advertising, affiliate marketing). Continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, cost-effective user acquisition, and efficient ad spend management.
Paid Advertising Platform Management: Manage and optimize campaigns across diverse paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms in the MENA region. Stay up-to-date with platform updates, advertising trends, and best practices to ensure effective campaign execution.
Conversion Rate Optimization: Analyse user behaviour and funnel data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improving conversion rates. Implement A/B testing, personalization, and user experience enhancements to drive higher conversions and engagement.
Marketing Automation: Leverage marketing automation tools and platforms to create personalized user journeys, nurture leads, and deliver targeted messaging to drive user activation, retention, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize various data analytics tools and techniques to measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI). Derive actionable insights from data to inform strategic decision-making and continuous optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and customer success, to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
Budgeting and Resource Management: Develop and manage growth marketing budgets, with a focus on efficient ad spend allocation and maximising ROI. Continuously evaluate and optimize resource utilization for optimal performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
7 to 10 years of proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, customer acquisition roles, and performance marketing, with a strong track record of driving successful growth initiatives.
Deep understanding of various growth marketing channels, including paid advertising (Google Ads, social media ads, display advertising, affiliate marketing), SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
Proficient in data analysis, interpreting metrics, and using insights to inform marketing strategies and optimizations.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, CRM systems, and paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritise effectively.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with the MENA region's marketing landscape, cultural nuances, and consumer behaviour is highly desirable.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.
