We’re looking for a proactive, curious, and detail-oriented People Operations Apprentice to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their HR career to gain hands-on experience in a tech environment.
You’ll contribute to a wide variety of People Operations tasks, from onboarding to employee support, while being mentored by experienced People team members. You’ll also get to learn how we manage HR systems, support compliance, and continuously improve the employee experience across our global workforce.
We’re looking for an organized, flexible, and detail-oriented person who’s enthusiastic about both the practical and operational as well as the more creative work of our HR department. We’ll need our apprentice to hit the ground running — helping to own employee data, assisting with excellent on and offboarding experiences, and becoming a go-to person for everything related to benefits and HR administration across the globe..
Your role will consist of:
Onboarding & Offboarding Support
- Help deliver our five-star onboarding experience.
- Support offboarding administration and exit logistics.
- Collaborate with Recruiting and IT to ensure a smooth new hire process.
Employee Lifecycle & Support
- Act as a Tier 1 contact for employee questions regarding benefits, leaves, and HR policies.
- Provide accurate and timely responses via our internal helpdesk, ensuring a great employee experience.
- Support HR documentation and compliance practices across the employee lifecycle.
HR Systems & Documentation
- Update and maintain employee data in HRIS systems under supervision.
- Participate in documenting HR processes and SOPs for internal use.
- Contribute to knowledge management by updating internal help center articles.
Collaboration & Payroll Coordination
- Assist in payroll preparation and coordination with Finance and Sales Ops teams.
- Support projects related to time tracking, benefits enrollment, and leave tracking.
- Participate in internal initiatives and process improvement efforts.
