Summary
The Senior Revenue Enablement Advisor will drive the strategy, design, and execution of high-impact enablement programs across the global Revenue Organization. This role blends strategic alignment with hands-on leadership to equip sales teams with the tools, training, and behavioral skills needed to accelerate performance and revenue growth. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, this role will lead initiatives spanning onboarding, product enablement, skill development, and performance measurement—all grounded in best practices and scalable frameworks.
Ideal candidates will bring expertise in enterprise software sales, behavioral-based training, and sales and presales productivity coaching. This person thrives in high-growth environments and requires a proactive leader who can pivot seamlessly between strategic planning and operational execution while fostering collaboration and inclusion throughout the enablement lifecycle. The Senior Revenue Enablement Advisor is experienced, confident, and successful both ‘on stage’ and ‘off-stage’.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success with high-growth, fast-paced technology companies and understand the needs of a successful and growing sales organization. Additionally, this person has a passion for making an impact and a desire to see success in others.
Although this is a remote position, the ideal candidate location is based near Alpharetta, GA and will be able to go into the office when required.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Define, build, deliver, and measure revenue enablement programs, focused on new product launches and presales enablement, along with onboarding, and other development programs as defined.
- Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of revenue enablement programs to support the growth and success of CRO teams, including Business Development, Sales, Presales, Customer Success, and Alliances. This includes our annual sales kickoff, roadshows/halftime events, summits, and other programs.
- Develop and drive world-class revenue enablement programs, ensuring high engagement through influence and reinforcement with the help of subject matter experts.
- Maintain a solutions-focused approach, ensuring programs address critical challenges and empower the sales team.
- Support product launches by preparing and enabling sellers and partners to understand and sell OneStream solutions.
- Drive high engagement and continuous improvement in revenue enablement programs through influence, reinforcement, and feedback loops.
- Manage multiple communication streams for various training classes, enablement programs, and initiatives.
- Utilize multiple delivery mediums, including videos, podcasts, online training, and interactive workshops.
- Work closely with the Instructional Design team to assist with planning, producing programs, and analyzing results and recommended enhancements.
- Create and maintain sales enablement assets, training, and tools.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop enablement initiatives tailored to address critical gaps.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across sales, marketing, alliances, product development, and operations teams to facilitate training development and delivery.
- Ensure successful delivery of training engagements with a high level of satisfaction.
- Exhibits strong presentation and facilitation skills that engage learners, encourage participation, and inspire adult learning.
- Able to learn new and complex business requirements quickly and effectively.
- Serve as a business partner and trusted advisor to the sellers and leadership, providing support and coaching where appropriate.
Required Education and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in sales/revenue or presales enablement/training within the software industry.
- Proven success developing detailed project plans, organizing cross-functional teams, and leading them to success; knowing the complexities of turning product features and functionality into value-driven enablement content.
- Corporate Performance Management experience or previous experience in accounting/finance that has provided a good understanding of the operational issues around financial consolidation and FP&A processes.
- Proven experience and confidence in not only developing and producing content, but also effectively being ‘on stage’, leading training and enablement sessions.
- Strong knowledge of complex SaaS sales cycles, sales process, and methodologies.
Preferred Education and Experience
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Depth of experience with presales training and enablement.
- Experience using or selling OneStream Solutions.
- Proficient in collaborating with senior leaders, SMEs, and stakeholders; gaining consensus among many voices.
- Experience leveraging AI to produce content, assessments, and programs is required. Portfolio of sample content and approach to produce is required.
- Strong knowledge of complex SaaS sales cycles, sales process, and methodologies.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft (Word, Excel, PPT, OneNote) and able to quickly learn position-specific software, including Seismic, Mindtickle, Synthesia, Copilot MS365/Copilot for Sales, and others. Video editing capabilities are a plus.
