This role is a critical partner in accelerating our growth across Engineering and Product, working closely with both local and U.S. based stakeholders to attract and secure top technical talent.

What You’ll Own
Full ownership of the recruiting lifecycle: From proactive sourcing and candidate assessment to offer negotiation and acceptance
Strategic partnership with hiring leaders: Collaborate with executives and managers to deeply understand headcount needs, team dynamics, and role requirements
Sourcing leadership: Design and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies to engage passive talent in niche, competitive technical markets
Candidate experience excellence: Manage a seamless and engaging process from first outreach through to offer stage, ensuring clarity, speed, and transparency throughout
Stakeholder influence: Advise hiring teams with market insights, pipeline health, and funnel analytics, establishing yourself as a trusted talent partner
Recruitment marketing & branding: Support and contribute to campaigns that amplify Delinea’s employer brand and attract world-class engineering talent
What You Bring
8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth tech environments
A track record of success hiring top-tier technical talent in competitive markets
Ability to build lasting, trust-based relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong communication skills with a consultative approach and business-first mindset
Agility in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities and scaling needs
Location & Flexibility
This role is based in our Mexico City office (Reforma) with a hybrid schedule: Three days in-office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday), with optional remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
