PlainID, a leading startup in the Identity & Access Management space, is looking for a QA Tech Lead with DevOps/SRE orientation to drive the quality strategy of our product. In this role, you’ll define and implement testing methodologies, ensure product reliability across complex environments, and lead QA initiatives that align with business and technology needs.
Our solution is a SaaS multi-tenant platform built on Java, Go, and React, with a microservices architecture. We work in an Agile environment with TDD/BDD and extreme programming practices, completing the full CI/CD lifecycle.

As a QA Tech Lead, you will:
- Plan, execute and deliver technical tasks both on cloud platform level and on customer like environments.
- Develop high-quality technological test plan and architectures focused on end user and customer flows.
- Manage and maintain integrations, deployments, upgrades, and performance enhancements in customer environments.
- Provide technical support to the QA team.
- Act as the implementation bridge between the Global Services and the R&D.
- Provide tools to allow troubleshooting non functional and mis configuration easily.
