About Comun
Comun’s mission is to help Hispanic immigrants turn their hard work into upwards mobility — starting with financial services that enable the transition from cash to the digital economy.
We offer checking accounts that immigrants can open using more than 100+ IDs from Latin America; more than 90K locations across the country to deposit cash; international transfers at market leading rates to 17 countries in Latin America; and 24/7 bilingual customer support with <5 min SLA across email, chat and phone.
A year ago we launched our own banking infrastructure, resulting in 100x revenue growth and 4x growth of ARPU. We currently process over $1.5B in transaction volume on a yearly basis, and crossed $100M in annualized international transfers just six months after launching them.
We’ve raised $30M from Redpoint, Costanoa Ventures, and South Park Commons, among others. Most of our team comes from leading fintech companies like Brex and Nubank.
We believe immigrants are the ultimate entrepreneurs, carrying a relentless work ethic in search of a better future for their families. Comun exists to serve them throughout their journey.

About the role
Do you get a rush from seeing an ad campaign outperform its goals — and immediately dive into the data to understand why? At Comun, we’re building the financial home for Latinos in the U.S., and connecting with our community starts with smart, data-driven growth.
As our Paid Media Manager, you’ll own and scale the channels that fuel our growth — from Meta to Google to TikTok. You’ll run structured experiments, measure results with precision, and use insights to guide both creative direction and budget allocation.
What you’ll do
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, and more).
Build testing frameworks to systematically learn what works across creatives, audiences, and placements.
Track performance metrics daily, spot trends, and proactively adjust to maximize ROI.
Partner with content/design to ensure creativity is backed by data insights and performance feedback.
Create clear, data-rich reports that translate campaign results into business impact.
Own budgeting, forecasting, and pacing to ensure efficient allocation of spend, and partner with finance to ensure we meet our growth projections.
Keep a pulse on platform updates, performance benchmarks, and industry best practices.
You are
Impact-driven: Motivated by seeing your campaigns directly fuel user growth and community impact.
Analytics-first: You thrive in environments where testing, measuring, and iterating are the norm.
An owner: You take full responsibility — from strategy to execution to optimization — and love driving results end to end.
Adaptable: You excel in the fast-paced, ever-changing environment of an early-stage startup.
Mission-oriented: You care about using your skills to help build financial tools that empower immigrant communities in the U.S.
What we’re looking for
Early-stage startup experience is a big plus.
+4 years of paid media experience, with a strong focus on data, analytics and performance optimization.
Proven ability to manage and scale budgets across multiple platforms.
Advanced analytical skills: comfortable in Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel/Sheets (bonus if familiar with SQL or Looker/Tableau).
You love digging into numbers, identifying patterns, and making data-driven recommendations.
Structured thinker who thrives on experimentation and iteration.
Excellent communication skills — can explain data insights clearly to non-technical teammates.
Bilingual (Spanish + English) is a big plus.
Excited by our mission and motivated to use your skills for impact.
