The Role
We’re looking for our Founding Product Marketing Manager to turn Feldera’s breakthrough into a category-defining movement.
You’ll be the voice that connects Feldera’s breakthrough product to the market. You’ll own how we tell our story via content that resonates with data leaders and engineers alike. You’ll shape go-to-market strategy, drive product launches, and build the collateral that enables our sales and customer teams.
You’ll own the flywheel that connects our technology to customer value, message the breakthroughs coming out of the product team, and turn customer wins and case studies into further demand. From sharpening our website copy and creating playbooks, to amplifying our presence in the community to creating and nurturing our foundational community, you’ll turn Feldera’s ground-breaking innovation into a movement.
What You’ll Do
Develop crisp messaging and positioning rooted in our unique differentiation.
Translate complex technical innovation into compelling narratives for our ICPs.
Own product launches and go-to-market motions across website, content, collateral, and sales enablement.
Partner with founders, engineering, and sales to craft mid-funnel content.
Scale our presence in the market through events, speaking opportunities, and nurturing our foundational community.
Improve key GTM metrics, like demo requests, pipeline influence, and deal velocity through impactful marketing.
Hire and manage external resources as required to achieve intended outcomes.
Who you are
5-10 years of experience in product marketing, content creation, or developer evangelism for B2B SaaS, data infrastructure, or developer platforms.
Strong content writing and storytelling skills, with examples of content or campaigns that had clear business impact.
Expertise with marketing automation and AI-tooling. We want someone that uses current AI tools to work smarter, not harder.
Ability to work directly with technical teams and turn deep technology into accessible customer value.
Experience enabling sales with playbooks and positioning.
Comfort operating in an early-stage startup: hands-on, resourceful, and proactive.
Familiarity with SQL and the data engineering ecosystem, or prior work marketing to engineering/data personas.
Passionate about the potential for foundational technology to help engineering and data leaders at scale.
