Your role
As the Director, Strategic Partnerships at Dialpad, you will further accelerate and develop Dialpad’s Google Partnership. You will be the face and voice of Dialpad for these key partnerships and will be responsible for growing pipeline, revenue, and mindshare.
This position reports to our SVP of Global Partnerships & International Sales and has the opportunity to be based in our Austin, TX Office.
What you’ll do
- Accelerate and expand Dialpad’s Google partnership, serving as the face and voice of Dialpad in this ecosystem.
- Collaborate with the Channel SVP to align on reporting, workflows, systems, and data.
- Partner with internal sales leaders to understand strategy, goals, and regional priorities.
- Engage with Google Partner teams to deepen understanding of partnerships in specific regions.
- Create and execute a go-to-market plan for Google partnerships under your management.
- Provide the Executive Team with weekly metric updates and insights.
- Build data dashboards that address key business questions and enable informed decision-making.
- Recommend process and GTM improvements to increase revenue from Google partnerships.
Serve as the company’s go-to expert for all things Google, delivering in-depth analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Forecast risks, gaps, and opportunities to drive the overall Google strategy and revenue growth.
Skills you’ll bring
- 5–7+ years of partner leadership experience in the enterprise software space, with a focus on onboarding and scaling channel/alliances.
- Proven track record of managing large partnerships and delivering revenue growth.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and command an audience.
- Recent experience in an emerging tech company, with adaptability to fast-paced environments.
- Deep knowledge of the Google ecosystem and a demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships.
- History of meeting/exceeding direct sales goals, with a strong prospecting and pipeline-building methodology.
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable diving into analytics to identify opportunities and present clear recommendations.
- Consistent over-performance against sales quota and pipeline goals.
