Courier is the notifications platform built for modern software. Developers and product teams use Courier to design, send, and manage product messaging across every channel—email, push, SMS, chat, and in-app. Our APIs and SDKs power critical communication for thousands of companies worldwide, helping them move quickly without sacrificing reliability.
We’re based in San Francisco, building tools for developers. HQ is in SF, but this role is open globally.
We need a writer who can turn APIs, SDKs, and developer tools into clear, approachable content. You’ll create tutorials, guides, docs, and posts that help developers move fast and build with confidence.
You’ll:
- Write guides and docs that get developers unblocked quickly
- Translate technical details into concise, developer-first content
- Work with engineers and PMs to ensure accuracy and clarity
You are:
- Experienced writing for a developer audience
- Comfortable with APIs, SDKs, and technical tools
- Clear, precise, and no-nonsense in your writing
- A self-starter who owns projects from draft to publish
