About the role
We’re looking for a Senior People Operations Manager to build and lead our global People Ops team. In this role you will have a unique opportunity to help design how we deliver people operations worldwide at one of Europe's fastest growing Saas companies; ensuring consistency, compliance, and a seamless employee experience across all regions.
You’ll lead a team based across Amsterdam, New York, and Kuala Lumpur, creating processes that are smart, scalable, and human. From compliance and policies to onboarding, payroll, and performance cycles, you’ll help us run People Ops in a way that feels effortless for employees and efficient for the business.
Because we embrace innovation, you’ll have a strong focus on automation, AI, and data - making sure our ways of working are not just compliant and consistent, but also forward-looking and impactful.
