About the role:
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive People Business Partner to join our growing People team in Amsterdam. This is a fantastic opportunity to make real impact in a diverse and international environment. In this role, you will be a key driver in maintaining our culture, enhancing the employee experience, and supporting our people managers in building high-performing teams.
As a People Business Partner, you’ll be a trusted partner to employees and managers, working closely with leadership to align people strategy with business goals. You will drive growth through performance, learning, coaching, and holistic support across the employee journey. In addition, you will collaborate with the broader People team across Amsterdam, New York and Kuala Lumpur to help implement global initiatives and continuously improve our people practices.
This is a hands-on role with a strategic component, where you’ll combine day-to-day guidance with long-term people initiatives. You can work independently, and our insights and initiatives will directly contribute to creating a supportive, high-performing, and inclusive culture at DataSnipper. What you will do:
Be the People Business Partner for our people managers supporting them in organizational design, performance management, career development, team effectiveness, and coaching.
Drive improvements in our policies, procedures, and employee experience. You will shape initiatives such as our HR handbook, benefits structure, and performance review cycles, in close collaboration with People Ops.
Partner with People Ops on onboarding and relocation processes, overseeing quality and consistency and ensuring new hires and managers feel supported from day one, while continuously improving the experience.
Contribute to reinforcing our values and culture, leading initiatives that strengthen inclusion, engagement, and connection across teams.
