The Opportunity
Due to an upcoming leave of absence, our Marketing org is looking to bring on aSenior Field Marketing Managerto join the Go-To-Market team and help execute the demand generation plan for our US sales region. This a contract role, estimated to be roughly 8 months in length.
This role will define and execute region-specific marketing strategies, which includes planning & hosting both in-person and virtual events. Your efforts to build and execute field marketing campaigns will drive the goal of creating net-new sales opportunities, accelerating growth and increasing brand awareness & lead generation here in the US region.
What You'll Do
Support the US region by partnering with the sales team and business development team enabling them in the field with webinars, in-person events, executive round tables, lunch & learns, trade shows and partner events
Travel to some events to provide in-person support when needed
Work closely with the Senior Director of Global Revenue Marketing on regionalizing events and messaging for our various US customers and prospects
Capture and share feedback to the product team on what is and isn’t working in each region you support
Assist with writing promotional copy
Who You Are
You have strong event management skills and the ability to seamlessly manage different projects simultaneously
Experience building pipeline and leads from a B2B marketing org. Industry knowledge of Technology, SaaS or Cyber is preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work with a remote and geo-disparate marketing and sales teams
Working knowledge of Salesforce, Hubspot and/or Marketo. Eloqua is a plus

Immersive’s commitment to fair and equitable compensation practices means that our compensation & benefits team prices each individual role before it is opened. This is a fixed term contract role, estimated to be 8 months in length. During that time, this role is eligible for base pay, plus access to a portion of Immersive's benefits offerings. We expect most candidates for this position to fall within an hourly range of $55.00 - $72.00, annualized between $114,400 - $149,760, though the specific package will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience.
