What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager with deep Jira expertise to own our Jira ecosystem, turn data into actionable insights, and drive cross-functional programs. You’ll be the go-to Jira admin, a builder of smart dashboards, and a program leader who helps R&D and Product teams deliver at their best.
How Will You Make an Impact?
- Ensure Jira becomes the single source of truth for R&D and Product processes.
- Design, configure, and maintain Jira projects, boards, workflows, and permissions as the Jira Admin.
- Automate processes using Jira automation and scripts to boost efficiency.
- Translate organizational processes and decisions into Jira structures.
- Lead the migration from Aha! to Jira
- Train and support employees on Jira and Confluence usage.
- Build advanced dashboards and reports (EazyBI, Jira reporting, or similar tools).
- Deliver data-driven insights to leadership and teams for better decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional programs from planning through delivery.
- Monitor execution, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively.
- Act as an Agile coach – helping teams follow best practices while balancing speed and quality.
