We are seeking an AI and LLM-powered GTM Analyst/Lead to transform our go-to-market operations by applying advanced AI techniques to uncover and optimize the biggest revenue levers across inbound, outbound, and CSQL channels. This role prioritizes AI-driven analysis of conversion ratios, improving one key metric at a time to compound gains across the funnel. Through LLM-powered time studies and predictive modeling, this role will reveal how GTM teams allocate time, and where AI automation can accelerate GTM pipeline performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports the direction, management and operational data needs for the Sales go-to-market initiatives, projects and applications. Creates workflows and online processes with go-to-market tooling (Gong, Salesforce, Clay, Outreach, Apollo).
 
- Leverage new and existing tools with AI to enhance account tiering, prospecting process, and leveraging AI throughout the entire process to effectively increase outbound volume, results, and messaging effectiveness.
 
- Provides production support including workflow management, processing data changes, auditing workflows and data (including salary and job changes), researching and resolving system related issues, and performing scheduled system maintenance and mass updates.
 
- Maintains mapping rules and data integrity. Documents processes and recommends changes as needed.
 
- Partners with go-to-market leaders to coordinate fixes and upgrades. Participates in the review, testing and implementation of new modules/functionality and applications, system upgrades and/or updates.
 
- Continuously seeks and supports new practices or processes to improve the efficiency of go-to-market applications. Documents and implements process improvements related to policy changes and/or organizational changes.
 
- Partners with Sales enablement to train go-to-market users in the appropriate application tools, workflows, and process
 
- Creates and maintains a variety of reports or queries utilizing the appropriate reporting tools, including organization charts. Develops standard and custom report templates to support ongoing Sales Leader needs and managing their teams.
 
- Serves as liaison with external third parties and other stakeholders (commissions, finance, sales ops, etc.).
 
- Troubleshoots and resolves administrative and data issues for employees utilizing built tools and workflows
 
Qualifications
- Experience with Clay and with other AI-powered automation platforms
 
- Hands-on experience with AI, LLMs, and vector embeddings, including tools like OpenAI API, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
 
- Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize AI workflows for GTM teams
 
- Strong understanding of data pipelines and unstructured data analysis (e.g., Gong call transcripts, email content) using LLM-based techniques.
 
- Expertise in applying LLMs for summarization, insight extraction, and next-best action recommendations within GTM contexts.
 
- Strong problem solving skills to troubleshoot, identify, and resolve moderate to complex issues related to data integrity, access and permission issues, and other system problems.
 
- Deep knowledge of GTM tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Apollo.io Outreach) and experience leveraging AI integrations to extract maximum value from these tools.
 
- Solid grounding in GTM funnel metrics and the ability to apply AI analytics to improve conversion ratios sequentially.
