Your mission: Drive change 🎯
We are seeking astrategic and hands-on Group Financial Controllerto own
the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of TradingView’s global financial
reporting. This role is central to building and maintaining a finance function
that can meet therigor and transparency expected of a public-company-ready
organization.
You will lead theglobal consolidation and month-end closeacross multiple
international entities, ensure compliance withUS GAAP and local statutory
requirements, and drive consistent global accounting policies and robust
internal controls. A key part of the role will be todesign and implement
automation, process improvements, and scalable systemsthat shorten the close
cycle, reduce manual work, and support efficient global operations.
How you’ll shape success 🏆
Financial Reporting & Consolidation
- Lead themonthly, quarterly, and annual group close and
consolidationunder US GAAP, targeting a5-day close.
- Own the preparation of accurate, timely consolidated financial statements
and supporting reconciliations.
- Define and enforcegroup accounting policiesto ensure consistency
across all entities.
Subsidiary Oversight & Compliance
- Oversee accounting and statutory compliance forglobal subsidiaries.
- Coordinatelocal auditswith in-country teams and external advisors.
Controls, Systems & Process Improvement
- Strengtheninternal controlsand governance over financial reporting.
- Driveautomation and system enhancements(e.g., revenue recognition,
NetSuite optimization, integrations) to reduce manual work and scale
efficiently.
- Partner with FP&A to improve forecasting, budgeting, and variance
analysis.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Manage and develop ahigh-performing accounting teamcovering AP/AR
and management reporting.
What makes you the perfect fit 🤝
- Qualified accountant(ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
- Significantpost-qualification experiencein SaaS / technology /
multinational environments.
- Deep knowledge ofUS GAAP(and IFRS); strong understanding ofSaaS
revenue recognition(ASC 606 / IFRS 15).
- Proven track record ingroup consolidationsacross multiple jurisdictions.
- Experienceleading international auditsand ensuring compliance with
global statutory reporting requirements.
- Hands-onERP and reporting systems expertise(NetSuite preferred);
comfortable driving automation and process improvement.
- Excellentcommunication and stakeholder managementskills; able to
partner across US and international teams.
- Demonstratedleadership experiencewith geographically distributed
teams.
- Ability to thrive in afast-paced, high-growth environment, adapting to
change and scaling processes effectively.
- Background intech or other high-growth industries, with a “hands-on”
approach and willingness to build as well as lead
