Partners have been a critical component of Snowflake’s go-to-market motion since day one. As we work towards a strong growth in EMEA, we are looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to increase our alignment and the impact we make together with our partners in EMEA.
We are looking for a proactive and results oriented professional who embraces our Snowflake values and wants to be part of our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing joint campaigns with a portfolio of key partners across EMEA. Your primary goal will be to drive pipeline and revenue by working closely with our partners and internal stakeholders.
In this role you will be expected to:
Develop Joint Marketing Plans: Create and manage comprehensive co-marketing plans with a select group of EMEA partners. Your focus will be on driving joint go-to-market (GTM) activities that align with both Snowflake’s business priorities and our partners’ objectives.
Interlock with our Alliances, wider marketing and sales organization to achieve growth objectives
Cultivate relationships with partner marketing teams in focus partner organizations
Plan, execute and measure joint-marketing programs with a select group of priority partners. Manage these programs consisting of demand generation, ABM, industry marketing, strategic events, etc.
Collaborate with EMEA marketing, demand generation, industry GTM, product marketing, ABM, CEC, strategic events, PR and other marketing teams to achieve strategic objectives
Measure and report on performance and targets attainment
Our ideal candidate will have:
Minimum BS/BA degree in business, marketing or related areas
Minimum 5 years in marketing, incl. minimum of. 3 years experience in partner/channel marketing function.
Track record in developing partner-facing programs and communications, with preference for Global System Integrators, Regional System Integrators, Cloud or Tech partners experience.
Proven success in managing partner and field marketing programs in large enterprise and hyper growth organizations in high tech space
Ability to adapt to and perform effectively in a fast-pace environment
Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational & executional power
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Exceptional communicator and team player, excellent at stakeholder management
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Proven self-starter with a high degree of initiative
