As our Senior Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll be a key player in shaping the daily experience of our employees across our Japan office. You'll bring a top-tier perspective and a proactive approach to ensuring our office is a welcoming, productive, and engaging hub that reflects our creative culture. You'll be a champion collaborator, working closely with various internal teams to implement and enhance initiatives that make our workplace truly exceptional.

What You'll Do - You'll be the go-to person for creating a positive and seamless workplace experience, anticipating employee needs and proactively addressing them. This includes handling office supplies, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring the overall aesthetics and functionality of the space align with our brand
- You’ll be a culture ambassador and the spark behind engaging events where you will create creative social spaces that bring people together. We work as enablers where we provide top-notch internal event support so employees can stay focused on what they do best — while you create the moments that make work inspiring, energetic, and unforgettable
- You’ll team up with AI to handle vendor relationships, oversee office budgets, and implement smart, efficient processes that keep everything running smoothly. With your strong organizational skills — and AI by your side — you’ll make sure our office operates like a well-oiled machine every single day. You'll be adept at identifying and resolving workplace issues and office emergencies quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to our employees
- You'll collaborate with the regional Workplace Experience Services team to implement regional strategies and share best practices across our offices in the region
- Skillfully negotiate vendor contracts, handle supplier relationships, and stay informed on market rates to ensure services are both cost-effective and high-quality, enhancing value for the organization
- You'll use technology and AI tools to enhance the workplace experience, whether it's implementing new tools for communication, space management, or employee engagement
- You will partner closely with various teams to create a special new hire onboarding experience, maintain a safe and secure workplace, ensure seamless technology and infrastructure operations, and drive office space planning and enhancements
Who You Are- You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in workplace experience, office management, hospitality, or a related field
- You are a great at building relationships and excel at making people feel welcome and supported
- You're highly organized, meticulous, and able to handle multiple priorities effectively
- You have a can-do attitude and are always looking for ways to improve processes and tackle problems
- You communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- You have a strong understanding of and sensitivity to diverse cultures and are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace. Experience working in a global or multi-site environment is a plus
- You're comfortable using AI tools and various technology platforms and are open to adopting new tools
- You embrace our company culture and bring energy and passion to your work
- You thrive in a team environment and are skilled at building strong working relationships with diverse team members
- Proficiency in English and Japanese is a requirement
Where You'll Be- You will be based in our office in Tokyo, Japan
- We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home
