At DataSnipper, as we continue to scale globally, we’re looking for an experienced and strategic Team Lead for our Product Marketing team to drive how we position, communicate, and bring our products to market. You’ll lead a small, high-performing group within the marketing team and work cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Brand, and Demand Generation to shape our go-to-market launch strategy and storytelling.
This role reports directly to Bas Willems, our VP of Marketing.

Core responsibilities:
Positioning and Messaging
Own and continuously refine DataSnipper’s product positioning and messaging across audiences and segments.
Translate product capabilities into clear, differentiated, and compelling narratives that resonate with finance professionals.
Product Launches
Lead go-to-market launch and execution for new products and features.
Define launch strategy, messaging, and success metrics in close collaboration with Product, Customer Success, Sales, Demand Gen and the rest of the marketing team.
Enablement and Educational Content
Develop enablement materials for sales and customer-facing teams, including playbooks, messaging frameworks, and competitive resources.
Oversee educational content such as product webinars, demos, and DataSnipper Academy modules.

Customer Success Stories
Pricing and Packaging Validation
What you bring:
7–8 years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally with some years in a B2B SaaS environment.
Fintech or financial technology experience is a strong plus.
Proven success with positioning and messaging tactics that drives adoption and differentiation.
Deep product understanding; you thrive on learning how things work and turning complexity into clarity.
Exceptional collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with Product, CS, Brand, and Demand Gen.
Strong communication, storytelling, and analytical skills.
Experience leading or mentoring team members is a strong plus.
