Karbon is seeking a Mid-Level to Senior, Manual Testing Analyst. This is an exciting time to join the team because we are expanding our organization. In this role, you will be working within an agile development team to design and build interactive web applications. They are responsible for technical specifications and developing and deploying software.

Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience in quality assurance.
- Proven experience designing and executing test plans for SaaS applications, integrations, and APIs. Solid understanding of software development processes and best practices, ideally in Agile or DevOps environments.
- Proven experience in testing in FinTech - solid understanding of basic accounting concepts like a General Ledger. Experience testing against Xero and Quickbooks APIs is an advantage.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools, with the ability to identify opportunities to increase automation coverage.
- Experience testing integrated systems and cloud-based applications.
- A passion for quality and detail, with a proactive, continuous improvement mindset.

- A relevant tertiary qualification and/or significant experience in software testing or quality assurance.
