- Manage a significant global paid media budget, ensuring every euro drives ROI.
- Dive deep into data to uncover insights, trends, and new opportunities for growth.
- Lead landing page optimisation and CRO efforts to maximise conversions.
- Partner closely with content, sales, and marketing teams to align paid media with broader business goals.
- Stay ahead of the curve with emerging paid media trends and innovations.
We’re excited if you have:
- 6+ years of experience managing multi-channel, high-spend paid campaigns with a strategic, results-oriented approach.
- Experience working in a tech, MarTech, IT, or SaaS environment (or in a specialised agency setting).
- Proven hands-on expertise running and optimising paid campaigns on Google, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Deep expertise in custom audiences, advanced targeting, strategic bidding, and detailed campaign optimisation.
- Proven expertise running conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and A/B testing activities, using tools like HubSpot, VWO, or similar.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in HubSpot reporting, GA4, and related analytics platforms.
- A proactive, data-driven, and innovation-focused mindset, always seeking new efficiencies and growth opportunities.
Why you'll love it here:

- Internal shares program (EDPP)
- Ergonomic workspace and cutting edge technology
- Regular team events (also remote)

- Sustainable merch for all employees
