PagerDuty is looking for an analytically curious, detail-oriented Associate Commercial Analyst to support our Commercial business—our long tail of 14,000+ customers. This role will dig into trends and insights, analyze performance to surface suggestions and plays, and serve as a key point person to help us understand current performance, forecast results, and analyze market conditions.
In this role you will focus on tracking and reporting KPIs across the product-led growth funnel and sales-assist funnel in a SaaS environment. Additionally, you will collaborate with key stakeholders across sales and customer success teams to support KPI and goal mapping, contribute data-driven recommendations on testing and optimization strategies, assist with analytics tracking, help maintain performance reporting dashboards, and deliver insights across acquisition, expansion, and retention initiatives.
You're eager to learn the language of both business stakeholders and data engineers, translating business questions into technical requirements. You'll help create simple, easy-to-digest reports and insights that support our Commercial sales and customer success teams in driving more pipeline and revenue while keeping an eye on ROI.
You're organized, work well with guidance and autonomously when appropriate, and can be trusted to deliver quality work. You prioritize effectively and communicate clearly. You take the work seriously, but you don't take yourself too seriously.
Wherever possible, you'll help business stakeholders answer their own questions using reports & dashboards that you build.
