We are looking for a Senior Manager, Partner Sales – META who will lead the partner strategy across the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey. This role is opened for the candidates based in Dubai, UAE or Riyad, Saudi Arabia. This role will expand and accelerate Genesys’ presence in the region through a robust ecosystem of partners, ensuring revenue growth and customer success via an indirect sales model.
What You’ll Do
Define and execute the META partner sales strategy aligned to EMEA objectives.
Drive partner-led revenue growth and achieve assigned targets.
Recruit, enable, and scale partners including GSIs, regional SIs, VARs, and distributors.
Build joint go-to-market and pipeline initiatives with partners.
Lead and develop a high-performing partner sales team.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to deliver customer outcomes.
Represent Genesys at partner and industry events across the region.
Govern partner performance with clear metrics, forecasting, and reporting.
What You’ll Bring
10+ years’ experience in enterprise software or cloud sales with a strong channel focus.
Proven success building and managing partner ecosystems in META or similar regions.
Deep understanding of SaaS and cloud business models; experience in CX or adjacent industries preferred.
Strong leadership and people management skills in a matrix environment.
Track record of exceeding revenue targets through partners.
Executive presence, strong communication skills, and fluency in English; Arabic language is a plus.
Ability to travel extensively across the region.
