Your Mission

Your mission is to take our high-performing Sydney team to new heights by bringing in exceptional talent who align with culture and mission. You’ll be focusing on a wide variety of roles including technical, operational and go-to-market related positions. You’ll own the entire recruitment life cycle, starting from employer branding strategies to attract the right talent, through to meeting them on their first day.
You’ll actively profile, identify and attract both active and passive candidates, and deliver a candidate experience that we can be proud of. You’re a recruiter who builds long lasting relationships and keeps in touch with passive candidates to keep Propeller on their radar. This role will suit an individual who is excited to be part of an exciting stage of growth for a company and play a key role in growing its team, whilst maintaining its unique culture.
Your Skills
- You have 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally from an internal or agency role where you’ve juggled different priorities and stakeholders.
- You’re adaptable and enjoy the challenge of learning how to hire within new industries.
- You’re highly organized, can hold stakeholders accountable and comfortable building relationships with hiring managers both locally and globally.
- You’re an outstanding communicator and enjoy building rapport and long lasting relationships with Candidates.

- You have prior experience recruiting within a technical industry and understand the inner workings of a tech company.
