Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Senior Manager, Marketing Operations GTM Engineer role sits at a key intersection in modern SaaS: the systems layer that turns go-to-market strategy into measurable execution. Snowflake’s emphasis on AI-enabled automation, cross-functional partnership, and end-to-end process design reflects where sophisticated SaaS organizations are investing—reducing friction across acquisition and expansion by treating marketing operations as an engineering discipline.
For a SaaS career, the long-term value is in building durable operating leverage. Experience integrating core GTM platforms (Salesforce and Marketo) with orchestration tools and custom code translates across most B2B SaaS environments, regardless of segment. The focus on documentation, training, and repeatable workflows also develops a portfolio of scalable patterns—how to standardize data flows, govern processes, and instrument performance—rather than one-off campaign support.
This role is best suited to professionals who prefer building and iterating on systems, not just managing requests. It aligns with operators who can move between technical implementation (APIs, scripting, automation) and stakeholder-facing design work, and who enjoy setting standards that other teams can run with. It also fits someone comfortable being accountable for how GTM work gets done across functions.
