Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Seated sits in a growing SaaS category where pricing, demand shaping, and partner performance are tightly linked. A senior account role in this kind of platform is notable because “success” is measurable in commercial outcomes, not just relationship health—making the work inherently tied to product adoption, ROI narratives, and repeatable expansion motions across a partner base.
From a SaaS career perspective, the remit goes beyond portfolio management into operating leverage: refining playbooks, influencing revenue operations, and translating customer signals into cross-functional action with Sales, Product, and Marketing. That combination builds durable skills in consultative selling, executive stakeholder management, and data-backed account strategy—capabilities that transfer across B2B SaaS businesses with usage-driven retention and expansion models.
This role is best suited to someone who prefers owning outcomes and working through ambiguity in partner strategy, while also raising team standards through mentorship. It fits professionals who enjoy balancing relationship depth with commercial rigor, and who want a seat close to how SaaS teams systematize growth through process, reporting, and feedback loops rather than relying on one-off heroics.

Job Description
All About Us
Seated is the first dynamic pricing platform for restaurants. We help fill their empty seats while providing consumers incredible rewards to top brands and unique experiences. We are quickly expanding our offerings to cities across the country and are looking for talented and ambitious people to embark on the journey with us!
The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Restaurant Success Manager (Sr. RSM) to play a pivotal role in driving the success of our restaurant partners and shaping the growth of our team. As a Sr. RSM, you won’t just manage accounts. You’ll own strategy for high-value partners, influence revenue operations, and act as a mentor for other RSMs.
This role is quota-carrying and revenue-driven, but also highly consultative: you’ll work with executive-level stakeholders at our restaurant partners to uncover opportunities, deliver measurable ROI, and drive adoption of Seated’s platform. You’ll also partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, help refine internal processes, and set the standard for excellence on the Restaurant Success team.
What You’ll Do
- Own high-value accounts: Manage a portfolio of top-tier restaurant groups and enterprise partners, driving measurable revenue growth through upsell, adoption, and retention.
- Strategic revenue growth: Identify and execute against opportunities for expansion and optimization, consistently exceeding quarterly revenue quotas.
- Consultative partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders at restaurants, using data-driven insights to guide decisions and maximize value.
- Mentorship & leadership: Support, coach, and share best practices with junior RSMs, helping raise the overall performance of the team.
- Process improvement: Collaborate with leadership on scaling initiatives, refining success playbooks, and building repeatable strategies for growth.
- Cross-functional influence: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure partner needs are addressed and opportunities are maximized.
- Executive reporting: Deliver clear reporting and analysis on account performance, pipeline opportunities, and at-risk partners to leadership.
- Voice of the customer: Represent partner feedback to internal teams, helping shape product development and operational improvements.
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years in a sales, account management, or customer success role with a strong revenue focus (hospitality/restaurant tech a plus).
- Proven success in quota-carrying roles with consistent achievement of sales or upsell targets.
- Experience managing enterprise or multi-location accounts and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and execute on high-impact opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor or lead peers, setting the standard for execution and accountability.
- A data-driven mindset: skilled at analyzing trends, spotting opportunities, and presenting insights persuasively.
- Passion for the restaurant industry and helping partners grow through innovative solutions.
What You’ll Get
- Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 OTE (80% base + 20%variable)
- Stock options
- Generous 401(k) match
- Comprehensive Healthcare, Dental, and Vision plans, including virtual care options
