Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This Recruiting Coordinator role stands out for SaaS professionals because it sits at the intersection of product-building and talent operations inside an AI-driven organization, supporting a Consumer Products group that spans software-adjacent disciplines like embedded systems, devices, and manufacturable hardware. In the broader SaaS ecosystem, that blend is increasingly common as software companies expand into integrated experiences, and hiring operations becomes a leverage point for execution.
From a career-development angle, the position offers sustained exposure to how senior and executive-adjacent hiring is run in a modern tech environment: managing multi-time-zone scheduling, coordinating onsite experiences, and maintaining clean recruiting-system data. Those are durable SaaS skills—operational rigor, stakeholder management, and process improvement—that translate across recruiting operations, talent programs, and broader people-ops roles as organizations scale.
This is best suited to someone who prefers structured, detail-heavy work and is comfortable serving as a high-trust point of contact for specialized candidates and busy interview panels. It will appeal to professionals who like turning ambiguity into clear logistics, improving coordination workflows, and partnering closely with technical and product teams in an office-based, hybrid cadence.

Our work spans connected devices, embedded systems, industrial design, and manufacturable hardware — all in service of creating safe, intuitive, and delightful consumer products.
As part of the Recruiting team, you will play a key role in supporting hiring across this organization. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, and product specialists across hardware, embedded firmware, industrial design, manufacturing, and related functions that power our consumer products.
This role is based in our San Francisco Jackson Square office. We are not considering remote applications at this time. We offer relocation support to new employees and follow a hybrid work model, with four days in the office and Wednesdays typically working remote.
About the Role

This role is well suited for someone who brings strong judgment, calm execution, and a hospitality-oriented mindset to high-stakes recruiting environments.
In This Role, You Will
Own end-to-end interview coordination for senior-level candidates across multiple disciplines and time zones
Serve as a primary, trusted point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear, timely, and thoughtful communication
Coordinate onsite and offsite interview experiences, ensuring visits are professional, seamless, and welcoming
Manage travel and interview logistics with attention to detail, discretion, and responsiveness
Support interviewers and hiring teams by ensuring schedules, materials, and logistics are well prepared
Maintain accurate records and hiring activity within recruiting systems
Proactively identify and implement improvements to candidate experience, coordination workflows, and recruiting operations
You might thrive in this role if you:
5+ years of recruiting coordination experience, including support for senior, staff, or leadership-level roles
Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder scheduling with changing priorities
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills suitable for senior audiences
Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or high-profile interactions
Experience supporting hiring for highly technical, consumer products, or cross-disciplinary teams
Experience working directly with senior leaders, executives, or distinguished industry experts
Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and systems
A process-oriented mindset with examples of improving systems, documentation, or operational workflows
Interest in consumer technology and AI-enabled products
