Human Resources Generalist – Saudi Arabia
HR Operations & Business Partner
Be the HR Business Partner for local managers and employees.
Support the implementation and execution of HR policies and procedures in alignment with local labor laws and global best practices.
Take end-to-end ownership of the employee lifecycle at Genesys, including onboarding, engagement, and offboarding processes.
Maintain and update HR systems and employee electronic files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Participate in regional, cross-regional and cross-functional HR projects, contributing to process improvement and organizational effectiveness.
Employment Administration
Prepare and manage employment-related documentation, government forms, and official letters in compliance with company standards.
Generate HR reports and maintain administrative records as required.
Support employees with work permit applications and other employment-related government procedures.
Compliance & Government Portals
Oversee background verification processes through third-party vendors.
Support full compliance with Saudi labor regulations and requirements across government portals.
Assist with Nitiqat compliance, Iqama and visa management, and respond to audit requests as needed.
Facilities Administration
Support the Facilities Team, including management of office operations, compliance activities related to office maintenance, lease renewals, and Municipality License updates.
Support in planning and executing team events and local engagement activities.
Legal & Licensing Support
Collaborate with the Saudi Country Manager in managing relations and communications with Saudi government authorities as needed.
Collaborate with the Legal Team to manage and renew business licenses, ensuring timely updates and compliance across all platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem Portal, ZATCA, CR, COC, MISA).
Monitor expiry dates of licenses and proactively coordinate renewal processes.
This roles reports to the Sr. Manager HR META with a dotted line to the Country Manager of Saudi Arabia.
