Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Domlur, Bangalore – Work From Office

About the Role
Apna is looking for a Talent Acquisition leader to lead end-to-end hiring efforts for both Tech/Product and Non-Tech (Sales, Ops, Support) teams in a hyper-growth environment. This role requires strong stakeholder partnership, team leadership, and the ability to run high-velocity hiring with quality and predictability.
What You’ll Own
- Lead & mentor the TA team, setting goals, processes & review rhythm.
- Run end-to-end hiring across tech, product, sales, operations & business teams.
- Build strong relationships with Founders, CXOs & functional heads.
- Drive funnel metrics, demand planning, workforce forecasting & dashboards.
- Implement sourcing strategies, referral programs & employer branding interventions.
- Partner with BUH & Finance on headcount planning & budgeting.
- Maintain high quality-of-hire while managing volume, speed & candidate experience.
