Overview:
The Senior Consultant will lead and deliver Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions using JustPerform, focusing on financial consolidation and planning processes. This role requires deep functional expertise in finance and accounting, combined with strong technical skills in JustPerform configuration and implementation.

Required Skills & Experience
Functional Expertise
- Strong knowledge of financial consolidation principles, statutory reporting, and planning cycles.
- Familiarity with IFRS/GAAP and corporate finance processes.
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with an EPM platform (mandatory).
- Proficiency in data modeling, scripting, and workflow automation within EPM tools.
- Understanding of integration with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Professional Attributes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and client-facing capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent finance certification.
