About the Role:
Solutions Architects are at the forefront of driving customer success by helping organizations unlock maximum value from their investment in the Wrike platform. As digital transformation remains a top priority for business leaders, you will play a key role in helping customers rethink how they work—using Wrike’s advanced capabilities, AI-powered automation, and integrations with leading enterprise tools.
In this role, you will work directly with customers to advise on software architecture, security and data privacy best practices, and modern development and operations approaches. You’ll use your deep knowledge of APIs, the Wrike Platform, and systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, NetSuite, and emerging cloud and AI platforms to design solutions that fit each customer’s environment.
You’ll build strong, trust-based relationships, ensure high delivery standards, and enjoy creating innovative automations and solutions that help customers modernize and scale their operations. You’re also encouraged to promote Wrike and our team to the broader community through thought leadership, speaking at industry events, and sharing best practices and customer success stories.
Your Impact:
-Lead Wrike’s most complex and strategic professional services engagements, with a focus on automation and digital transformation.
-Translate customer business requirements into scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions that position Wrike as a core part of the end-to-end digital workstream.
-Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to shape short- and long-term solutions and influence Wrike’s product roadmap based on customer needs and market trends.
-Partner with Sales, Solutions Consulting, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and a consistent customer experience throughout the lifecycle.
-Act as Project/Program Manager for large, cross-functional engagements, ensuring on-time delivery of deployments, training, and successful launches.
-Scope and position strategic Professional Services engagements, clearly explaining the value of Wrike’s services in the context of business transformation.
-Design and implement API integrations between Wrike and other enterprise systems (e.g., BI, ERP, CRM).
-Advise customers on KPIs and analytics to measure, report, and improve business performance.
-Mentor and coach team members, helping build a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
-Stay current on work management practices, AI/automation trends, and productivity best practices, and share this knowledge with the team and customers.
Your Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
-8+ years of experience in a customer-facing, technology-focused role, ideally supporting organizations going through digital transformation.
-Strong understanding of digital transformation, AI/automation, and change management in large organizations.
-Programming experience (e.g., Python, Ruby, JavaScript) and familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
-Experience with BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data analytics.
-Proven experience integrating multi-vendor IT systems, using APIs, and ensuring data security and privacy.
-Solid understanding of business processes, organizational structures, and how technology impacts business outcomes.
-Project management experience, including scoping, managing, and delivering complex projects using agile or hybrid methods.
-Experience coaching and mentoring colleagues.
-Strong interpersonal skills: authentic, positive, empathetic, and able to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.
Standout Qualities:
-Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
-Experience with AI/ML platforms, workflow automation, and low-code/no-code tools.
-Deeper programming experience in Ruby and/or Python.
-Experience supporting marketing, creative, or digital teams.
-Familiarity with ITIL, IT4IT, COBIT, or similar frameworks.
-Multilingual skills.
-Experience with cloud security, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and zero-trust architectures.
-Public thought leadership in digital transformation, AI, or the future of work.
Team Dynamics:
You will join Wrike’s Professional Services organization and work closely with Solutions Architects, Project Managers, Product, Engineering, Sales, Solutions Consulting, and Customer Success. You’ll collaborate across functions on strategic customer initiatives, roadmap feedback, and best practices. The culture is collaborative, customer-centric, and focused on learning, sharing knowledge, and delivering real business outcomes for our customers.
Our Work Style:
You’ll work in a modern, cloud-based environment, using Wrike as the core platform for planning, execution, and collaboration. You will regularly work with APIs and common enterprise systems (such as CRM, ERP, BI, and marketing tools), as well as modern AI and automation platforms. The team follows structured, yet flexible delivery practices (e.g., agile/hybrid approaches), with an emphasis on clear communication, predictable delivery, and continuous improvement.
