Your role
We’re looking for a Sr. Brand Designer with experience building powerful design systems and best-in-class experiences. The Senior Brand Designer will work with a cross-disciplinary team to translate marketing, brand, and conversion goals into beautifully crafted deliverables. Candidates should be proficient in Figma, Adobe CC, print design best practices, and should have a solid understanding of how the internet works (HTML, CSS, JS).
This position reports to our Creative Director.

What you’ll do
- Uphold the integrity of the Dialpad brand across various marketing and channel platforms. Drive the refinement of the Dialpad brand through the effective ideation and implementation of fresh digital and print campaigns that captivate audiences and bolster brand recognition, customer acquisition, and loyalty.
- Take full ownership of design initiatives, overseeing them from inception to completion to produce innovative, compelling, and impactful creative content—from initial brainstorming and concept generation to final execution and launch.
- Possess a keen eye for recognizing opportunities beyond the given task parameters. Demonstrate a passion and proficiency in articulating the strategic rationale behind creative choices to colleagues across different departments, including those less familiar with creative strategy and design principles.
- Offer recommendations regarding tactics, strategies, and tools.
- Continuously enhance and fortify the visual identity toolkit for Dialpad, while staying aligned with the brand ethos and fundamental values.
- Foster cross-functional relationships.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure visual coherence across all channels.
- Provide guidance to less experienced designers on the team.
Skills you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience and a design portfolio showcasing conceptual prowess and mastery of formal design elements.
- A strong generalist, with the ability to jump between editorial design, data visualization, and digital advertising.
- Experience in conversion and data-driven design.
- Proficiency in print production and best practices.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, marketing, and product designers
- Proactive, with strong prioritization skills and a collaborative approach to work.
- Proven track record in maintaining brand consistency across various channels and campaigns.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, Google Workspace, with the ability to effectively organize files for design iterations and web production.
- Knowledge of front-end development best practices & emerging technologies.
- Experience communicating with stakeholders.
- The ability to demonstrate the use of generative AI in your workflow, from refining briefs, prototyping concepts, and generating static and motion assets.
