The Solutions Engineering Enablement Specialistis a highly motivated, proactive professional responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving onboarding and ongoing education programs for Solutions Engineers worldwide, in alignment with strategic priorities set by senior leadership.
You will collaborate closely with Solutions Engineering leadership, Revenue Enablement, Internal Training, and Product Management teams globally toidentify, develop, and execute critical training initiatives, while helpingestablisha scalable foundation for the organization’s long-term enablement strategy.
The Solutions Engineering teamis responsible fordelivering onboarding, training, and pre- and post-sales product demonstrations andexpertiseto both prospective and existingNinjaOnecustomers. To support this mission, this role focuses on onboarding new Solutions Engineers, reducing time to ramp,identifyingand sharing best practices, andestablishingconsistent, repeatable training programs and documentation. You will also help accelerate new-hire revenue contribution while serving as a mentor to the team and a catalyst for ongoing professional growth.
Location - Hybrid in Austin, TX or Tampa, FL- (In the office3 days per week onMonday, Tuesday, and Wednesday)
Schedule-As a global position, this role requires flexibility in working hours throughout the month and may involve travel~10%
Build andmaintainstandardized training curricula for technical skills, including deep product knowledge, technical demos, proof-of-concept delivery, and solution architecture
Partner with Revenue Enablement to ensure Solutions Engineers develop necessary communication and sales skills, including discovery, objection handling, and competitive positioning
Proactively review deal activity, calls, and Slack channels toidentifytraining opportunities related to discovery techniques, demo effectiveness, technical positioning, and objection handling
Establish andmaintaina measurement framework for training effectiveness, including time to productivity, certification completion, and performance correlation
Deep understanding of Solutions Engineering workflows, including demos, POCs, and technical sales cycles
