GTM Recruiting @ Clay
Clay is transforming how companies approach their go-to-market goals, and we need a recruiting leader who will transform how we build our own GTM teams.
In this role, you’ll drive global recruiting efforts across our Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams. You’ll bring deep expertise in high volume recruiting with a desire to revolutionize how sales and other GTM teams are built.
This is a pivotal year for Clay. You'll lead aggressive hiring initiatives across our SF, NYC, and London offices, establishing recruiting systems and processes that will define our growth trajectory for years to come.
What You’ll Do
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators.
Lead high-volume recruiting strategy for GTM roles at all levels - think roles like SDR, AE, AM, CSM, Solutions Engineering, but done the Clay way.
Establish and track recruiting metrics that will help us reach our goals, and become a more disciplined recruiting function.
Collaborating with leadership on strategic aspects of recruiting. Success in this role isn’t just about filling requisitions, but also about quality of hire and designing effective interview processes.
Ensure a delightful candidate experience, from the first conversation through each of our candidates’ first day.
What You'll Bring
You have 6+ years of experience in recruiting, and at 3+ years of experience as a people manager.
Ideally, you’ve spent time at other high-growth, SaaS startups, focusing on sales and GTM recruiting.
Experience using data to drive recruiting strategy.
You’re an effective communicator in both written and spoken contexts.
You’re an excellent interviewer, with an eye for talent that will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup—not just the most pedigreed applicant!
You prioritize candidate experience, and have helped shaped that in your previous roles.
You are in NYC and are excited about an in-person office environment (think 4-5 days per week). You’ll be joining a team with a vibrant and creative culture, but you’ll also be a part of shaping that as Clay grows.
