Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Genesys is a mature enterprise SaaS vendor in the CX and contact-center space, where customer conferences and executive programs function as strategic go-to-market infrastructure rather than standalone marketing moments. This role is notable because it treats executive engagement as a year-round, global system—combining flagship experiences, regional execution, and a distinct content spine—reflecting how large SaaS organizations build durable influence with C‑suite buyers.
From a SaaS career perspective, the work sits at the intersection of product narrative, account strategy, and measurable pipeline influence. Leading an operating model that spans regions, internal stakeholders, and an external content partner builds transferable skills in program governance, stakeholder management, and impact measurement—capabilities that translate across enterprise SaaS functions where scale and consistency matter.
The position best fits a senior marketing leader who prefers building frameworks and standards that others can execute, while still owning high-stakes delivery for marquee moments. It will suit someone comfortable working through a matrix, aligning with Sales and Customer Success without directly owning those functions, and who enjoys turning thought leadership and research into practical executive engagement that supports long buying cycles.
