As a senior AI Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in accelerating revenue growth by positioning Genesys as the strategic AI platform of the Experience Economy for Brazilian Market. Operating as a high-impact overlay across the region, you will partner closely with Account Executives, Solution Consulting, AI Architects, Marketing, and our partner ecosystem to create, influence, and convert AI pipeline at scale. You will serve as the sales organization’s foremost authority on applied AI for CX, spanning agentic AI, generative AI, predictive AI, workforce AI, intelligent automation, and analytics, helping customers operationalize AI to drive measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Drive AI Pipeline, Revenue, and Market Expansion:
Own regional AI pipeline and bookings targets with full accountability for growth in the assigned territory.
Co-lead complex sales cycles with AEs, shaping AI-specific strategies, executive narratives, and deal plays.
Lead discovery and qualification of AI opportunities, especially within strategic and enterprise accounts.
Convert AI interest into well-defined, high-quality opportunities that progress predictably through the funnel.
Generate incremental revenue by co-selling AI solutions into both new prospects and existing customer accounts.
Lead the Customer Dialogue on AI and Business Value
Elevate conversations from feature-level discussions to strategic transformation outcomes including cost optimization, automation at scale, customer experience uplift, and revenue acceleration.
Articulate the Genesys Agentic AI vision and align it to each customer’s strategic agenda.
Deliver compelling demos, executive briefings, and business cases grounded in ROI and measurable impact.
Drive competitive differentiation and commercial framing throughout the sales cycle.
Act as Territory AI Evangelist and Strategic Advisor
Become the internal and external voice of AI for your region, influencing customers, partners, and internal teams.
Maintain deep competitive intelligence and collaborate with product and innovation teams to refine positioning.
Collaborate tightly with AEs, SCs, Marketing, BDRs, and Alliances to orchestrate integrated AI-first pursuits.
Activate co-sell frameworks with GSIs, VARs, and ISVs to expand reach and influence.
Develop scalable sales methodologies, customer success stories, and reusable value frameworks.
Represent Genesys at executive sessions, industry events, and partner engagements as a thought leader in CX transformation.
Accelerate Adoption of Agentic AI in the Installed Base
Identify new expansion paths for AI within existing customers.
Execute land-and-expand strategies to increase AI penetration and value realization.
Reframe legacy Contact Center into modern, agentic AI self-service opportunities with rapid time-to-value.
Present tailored solution narratives demonstrating ROI, efficiency gains, CSAT improvements, and revenue impact.

Revenue Ownership and Performance Accountability: Strong sense of commercial ownership over AI bookings, with the capacity to prioritize high-impact opportunities, align resources, and hold cross-functional teams accountable to the actions required to achieve quota goals.
Pipeline Discipline and Forecasting Accuracy: Ability to rigorously manage AI pipeline stages, qualify opportunities with precision, and maintain accurate, data-driven forecasts. Demonstrates strong operational cadence with AEs and leadership to ensure visibility and predictability against quota.
Expertise in Identifying New AI Market Opportunities and Building Go-to-Market Strategies: Ability to analyze market trends, competitive movements, and customer needs to define new AI use cases, expansion motions, and GTM plays that accelerate solution adoption, drive incremental revenue, and position the company as an innovation leader.
Intellectual Curiosity: A genuine passion for rapidly learning and unlearning in a field that evolves on a weekly basis serving as the focal point for AI intelligence, actively tracking the AI landscape (Big Techs, emerging startups, and the Open Source community) to anticipate disruptions and identify business opportunities.
Cross-Functional Business Insight and Opportunity Mapping: Ability to understand diverse business functions such as marketing, operations, HR, sales, product, and finance and identify how AI can unlock value in each. Skilled at mapping organizational pain points to AI-driven use cases that extend beyond traditional customer service.
Strategic Discovery and Executive-Level Curiosity: Demonstrates advanced discovery skills, including probing for unmet needs, identifying latent demand, and uncovering innovation areas across the enterprise. Comfortable leading exploratory discussions with executives to reveal where AI can transform workflows, decision-making, or revenue streams.
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years in enterprise SaaS technology sales.
Demonstrated quota-carrying experience and a strong track record of hitting sales targets.
Proven ability to lead executive-level conversations and influence C-suite stakeholders.
Strong understanding of AI concepts: generative AI, machine learning, virtual agents, agentic AI, LLM´s, models, MCP, A2A.
Demonstrated ability to build business cases and connect technology to measurable outcomes.
