The Senior Partner Marketing Specialist will drive joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners across Latin America. This role is ideal for a digitally savvy, collaborative marketer with strong experience executing integrated campaigns and working with regional and global teams.
Based in São Paulo, this position leads partner-driven digital and field marketing programs that support pipeline growth and market awareness. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, with Spanish highly recommended.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute joint partner marketing strategies aligned with regional and global priorities.
Plan and deliver digital and integrated campaigns, including demand generation, webinars, content, and events.
Partner with LATAM and global marketing teams to ensure alignment and scalable execution.
Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned partners.
Manage multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
Support partner enablement through co-branded messaging, digital assets, and sales tools.
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of experience in partner marketing, B2B marketing, or alliance roles.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign execution.
Experience working with cross-functional and global teams, preferably across LATAM.
Fluency in Portuguese and English (required).
Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, or similar).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Desirable Skills:
Spanish proficiency.
Experience supporting partner ecosystems in Brazil.
Background in SaaS, technology, or enterprise B2B marketing.
Experience with MDF and joint go-to-market programs.
