Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This contract Recruiter role stands out in the SaaS ecosystem because it sits at the operational center of how product-led companies scale: building repeatable hiring motion while demand for technical and cross-functional talent shifts quickly. With remote U.S. coverage and full-cycle ownership, it reflects the way many SaaS and adjacent tech organizations run lean People Operations functions while still needing disciplined pipeline management.
For a SaaS career path, the value is in sharpening end-to-end recruiting craft in an environment where iteration matters. Managing sourcing strategy, stakeholder alignment, and candidate experience in parallel tends to build strong instincts for signal detection, process design, and data hygiene in modern ATS workflows. Those capabilities translate across SaaS companies, whether the next step is in Talent Acquisition, People Ops, or recruiting operations.
The role is best suited to recruiters who prefer autonomy and are comfortable creating structure when it is not fully defined. It will fit someone who enjoys switching between outbound sourcing and consultative partnering with hiring managers, and who can maintain consistency across multiple open roles. A contract format also aligns well with professionals looking to deepen startup-style recruiting exposure without a long-term commitment upfront.

Experience recruiting for robotics, AI, hardware, manufacturing or deep-tech companies
Startup experience strongly preferred
Ability to ramp quickly and manage multiple roles simultaneously
Experience with Ashby (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
