Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Business Development Representative roles sit at the front line of SaaS revenue, translating product positioning into qualified pipeline. This listing is notable for being tied to a well-established SaaS platform where prospecting is supported by an existing lead engine alongside outbound work. The Italy focus also signals a go-to-market motion that depends on language and local business context, a common lever for international SaaS expansion.
For a long-term SaaS career, the role builds durable skills in modern prospecting across phone, email, and social, plus structured qualification using frameworks such as BANT. The day-to-day partnership with a small set of Account Executives mirrors how many SaaS orgs run their commercial teams, giving clear exposure to handoffs, discovery quality, and how pipeline is progressed toward demos and deeper sales conversations.
This role tends to suit early-career professionals who want a defined entry point into tech sales and who value coaching and repeatable process. It also fits candidates who enjoy high-volume activity balanced with research, and who take satisfaction in turning ambiguous interest into clear next steps. Fluency in Italian and English is central to being effective in-market.
