Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
This role sits at a key junction in SaaS where recurring revenue is influenced as much by partner ecosystems as by direct sales. With Veeam’s VCSP motion centered on consumption-based licensing and service-provider delivery, the work reflects a common SaaS pattern in infrastructure and platform categories: growth driven through MSPs, CSPs, and hosted offerings rather than end-customer procurement alone.
For a SaaS career, the value is in learning how product adoption and commercial outcomes are operationalized through programs, portals, enablement, and CRM discipline. Experience translating a technical narrative into partner-ready positioning, maintaining pipeline visibility, and coordinating with pre-sales functions maps well to partner success, channel operations, and ecosystem GTM roles across SaaS. The emphasis on BaaS and DRaaS use cases also builds fluency in service-led packaging of software, a transferable theme in cloud-era go-to-market models.
The role is best suited to professionals who prefer structured partner development work with clear program frameworks and measurable engagement signals. It fits someone who enjoys relationship-building at scale, working across sales and technical stakeholders, and operating comfortably in a channel-first environment where progress is tied to partner activation and ongoing utilization.
