Mission
To enable customer success and revenue growth by designing and delivering seamless integrations between the Choco platform and customers’ core business systems, leveraging low-code technologies, while partnering closely with Sales and Product to accelerate deals and continuously evolve the platform based on real-world customer insights..
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and deliver integrations between Choco and customer systems using low-code tools (e.g. n8n).
Own integration projects end-to-end from discovery to go-live and ongoing improvement.
Partner with Account Executives to support pre-sales discussions with technical insight.
Troubleshoot and maintain integrations to ensure reliability and performance.
Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Implementation, and Product teams.
Share best practices and contribute to scaling integration delivery globally.
What You Bring
2–5 years’ experience in solution engineering, IT/ERP consulting, or systems integration.
Hands-on understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML, and databases.
Experience with low-code or automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or similar.
Basic programming knowledge (e.g. JavaScript or Python).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative, solution-focused mindset.
Excellent communicator in ability to make complex ideas clear and simple.
