Job Description
To strengthen the Citrix DACH Enterprise Team, we are looking for a German-speaking Solution Architect based in theDACHregion.
PrimaryDuties/Responsibilities
Help execute the ATS technical strategy, designing plans for Citrix solutions thatretainexisting value and create new value
Establish mid-term operational plans for customer technology roadmaps, providing measurable input into new architectural standards and processes thatimpactthe achievement of overall function results
Createsolutionstoaddressarangeofpotentiallyundefinedandunusualclientproblems,whichmayrequiredetailedinformationgatheringandanalysis. Thechallengesbeingsolvedoftenrequiredrawingfrompriorexperienceandthecollectiveknowledgeoftheteam.Identifiespotentialenhancementstoexistingteamprocesses
Influenceclientstakeholdersand internalleadershiponmattersofstrategicimportance. Worktogainacceptanceofnewarchitecturalconcepts,practices, andapproachesbyclearlyarticulatingthebusinesscasebeingaddressedandtheunderlyingtechnicalsolution
Serve as a subject matter expertinCitrix and associated technologies, including DaaS/VDI, Secure Access, Networking, and Enterprise Security, to guide clients and internal teams

5+ years of technical customer service experience in high-tech, indirect sales, and/orconsultingwith a record of success in driving customer adoption of technology
Abilitytotravel
Fluent in German and English
