This position is a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave, ensuring continuity of the Finance function.
Under the supervision of the Central Finance Team, the Finance Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading budgeting and forecasting processes
- Delivering accurate financial reporting and analyses to support decision-making
- Overseeing financial activities, including local accounting and cash flow management
- Managing a Finance & Accounting Specialist
- Collaborating closely with the General Manager, cross-functional teams and other partners to drive performance and strategic objectives
- Contributing to the implementation of an EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) solution
- Supporting strategic initiatives, including M&A activities and other projects
Qualifiche
- Ability to operate autonomously and ensure continuity of finance operations in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and accounting skills
- High level of rigor, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Leadership and team management capabilities, as well as communication and presentation skills
- 3-10 years of professional experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Planning Analyst, or Financial Controller; exposure to M&A is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, and ideally experience with accounting software (Datev and/or Workday)
- Fluent in both English and Italian
