Why this Role is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Financial control roles in SaaS become especially consequential when a product business operates across markets and currencies. This position sits in that reality, combining revenue operations, tax compliance, and close discipline in a Spain-based hub while supporting a global software platform. For SaaS professionals, it highlights how finance underpins subscription economics and operational decision-making, not just statutory reporting.
The scope offers durable SaaS career leverage: revenue recognition and invoicing routines that must stay consistent as customer volume grows, tighter ownership of accounts receivable to protect cash conversion, and month-end processes that need to scale without losing auditability. Exposure to ERP workflows such as NetSuite, plus coordination with supply chain and external advisors, builds a toolkit that transfers well across finance teams in product-led and enterprise SaaS environments.
