The ServiceNow Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, stability, and operational health of the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer users, roles, groups, ACLs, and system configurations.
- Maintain forms, UI policies, business rules, and catalog items.
- Support platform upgrades, patches, and health checks.
- Assist with incident resolution, testing, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with governance and security standards.
- Experience to create reports and dashboards.
- Fluent English is mandatory, as the role requires daily collaboration with global teams and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 1–3 years of ServiceNow administration experience.
- Basic knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and scripting.
- Understanding of ITSM processes.
- ServiceNow CSA certification preferred.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
