Why This Job is Featured on The SaaS Jobs
Channel-led growth remains a defining lever for many SaaS companies selling into IT and managed services ecosystems, and this Director, Channel Marketing Americas role sits at that junction. The remit spans resellers, distributors, and technology alliances, signalling a go-to-market model where partners materially influence pipeline creation and revenue outcomes. The listing also points to an organisation still formalising operating rhythms, which typically means the channel function is being treated as a strategic engine rather than a maintenance track.
For a SaaS marketing leader, the career value here is in learning how to translate partner complexity into measurable commercial impact. Owning frameworks, KPIs, and multi-touch campaigns across a diverse ecosystem builds durable skills in attribution, co-marketing governance, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Enablement, and Operations. That combination tends to travel well across B2B SaaS categories where indirect routes to market are central.
This role is best suited to a builder-minded leader who prefers ambiguous problem spaces and enjoys setting structure without relying on mature playbooks. It will fit someone comfortable balancing executive communication with hands-on program design, and who finds motivation in partner motions where influence and coordination matter as much as creative execution.
