The Role:
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer who will be a key architect in evolving our real-time AI capabilities. You will bridge the gap between complex LLM workflows and high-performance backend systems, ensuring our AI assistant is not only “smart” but also lightning-fast, reliable, and scalable.
Requirements
• 6+ years of backend engineering experience, with a focus on Node.js and/or Python. You should be an expert in microservices, API design, and scalable system architecture.
• The AI Edge: Proven experience in building and deploying production-grade AI applications. You’ve moved beyond simple API calls and have experience with:
LLM Orchestration: Working with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or building custom orchestration logic.
Agentic Workflows: Designing autonomous or semi-autonomous agents that perform multi-step tasks.
RAG & Data: Implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation using Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Academic Excellence (A Huge Advantage): A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a prestigious university.
